Under the patronage of His Excellency Dr Abdullah bin Khamis Ambosaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education for Education, Muscat University participated in the introductory forum for higher education institutions organized by the career counsellor platform – via visual communication – in partnership with the General Directorate of Education in Buraimi, and with the participation of more than 30 governmental and private education institutions in Oman.
Mr Nasser Al-Masroori from the marketing and communication department at Muscat university gave a presentation entitled “Specializations of Oman Vision 2040”, and in his speech, he touched on educational attainment and the steps and means that help in this journey. The lecture also focused on the labour market in 2024 and the required skills that every person must learn in different Local and international jobs. At the end of the conversation, he touched upon Muscat University’s programs and their relevance to the labour market and the Oman vision 2024 to professionally qualify the student before graduating from the university.
Muscat university participated in this forum comes as part of the MU marketing strategy to introduce the university and programmes that keep pace with the labour market. Also, to build an actual image of the university’s specialized programs with the methods of teaching to enable the student to enter the job market after graduation.
