Dr Fawziya Al Zadjali, Senior Quality Assurance Manager successfully completed a Trainer Skills Development / Training of Trainers Course on 04/07/2019. Accordingly, Dr Fawziya has been announced and awarded as a Certified International Trainer from the Ministry of Manpower and awarded a Professional Trainer Certificate from Oxford Academy in the UK. The Training of Trainers Course provides its participants with the skills, knowledge, strategies and resources required to conduct effective training sessions ensuring positive outcomes for participants.
This achievement will further support the work of Dr Fawziya and her contribution to MU in delivering Human Development courses. In formalising MU’s approach to CPD, the University both enhances its reputation and provides opportunities for all staff to develop their careers.
