Biography
Dr. Muna Mohammed Al Mukhaini is an Assistant Professor at Muscat University, holding a PhD in Human Resource Management. Her research interests span Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Knowledge Management, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Sustainability, with a focus on global talent management and the integration of emerging technologies to enhance organizational effectiveness. Dr. Muna is committed to delivering high-quality, student-centered education that bridges theory with real-world application, and she has taught a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses. She is also actively involved in curriculum development, academic advising, and mentorship. In addition to her teaching and research, she played a key role in academic quality assurance, serves as an Internal Examiner, and contributed to institutional committees. Dr. Muna also serves as an External Examiner for PhD final examinations at Taylor University. Previously, she held academic positions at the Modern College of Business and Science (MCBS), A’Sharqiyah University, and Mazoon College, where she contributed to educational academic development.
