About the Faculty

Strong, resilient and reliable logistics, transport and supply chain management have been at the forefront of global responses to the Covid19 pandemic. The supply of food and medical equipment to the places where they are needed most doesn’t just happen automatically. It needs a series of partnerships and relationships between key players who predict, plan, source, make and deliver requisite items to the right place and at the right time. The Faculty of Transport and Logistics offers undergraduate and postgraduate degrees developing knowledge and a skill-set amongst our graduates who can then use their analytical and problem-solving skills in the logistics and supply chain management arena. Current and future managers can keep up-to-date with current developments and up-skill through our Executive Education programme. Our team of qualified academics undertake quality research exemplified by output in quality international academic journals and in our support and development of the logistics sector in Oman. We look forward to working with you.
