A proud moment for Muscat University- congratulations to Prof Yusra Mouzughi for being appointed as member of the The Research Council (TRC) of Oman. This is with reference to the law of the TRC issued by the royal decree 30/2010 , which states that three Vice Chancellors of private universities in the sultanate are to be chosen for membership of the TRC board for a period of 4 years. The objectives of the council includes Building Research Capacity Mechanisms, Achieving Research Excellence, Building Knowledge Transfer and Value Capture, and Provide an Enabling Environment for Research and Innovation.
