Writing Professional Emails

Email has become the most commonly used method of communication in organisations and writing effective, professional and structured emails is a key skill for employees at all levels. This course equips you with the skills, knowledge and language required to be able to write professional emails. You will practice writing emails of different type and receive feedback on your writing.

Pre-requisites

It is essential that participants have a good command of the English Language.

Target Participants

Anyone who is frequently has to use email as a means of communication within the workplace.

Learning Outcomes

  • To provide participants with the some of the language frequently used in email writing.
  • To train the participants on some of the cultural norms of email writing.
  • To practice writing some common types of email e.g. requesting information; arranging a meeting; giving updates etc.
